Infection control

During UKA in Ås, arrangements will be made to facilitate people keeping a 1 meter distance to others. Persons in the same cohort can stay closer to each other than this at seated serving.

Hand sanitizer will be available at entrances, in bars, and other appropriate places in the building.

We need to keep a record of who is at our events. If you buy a ticket from another person, you will be asked to provide your name and number at the entrance. These lists will be deleted 10 days after the event. This is so that UKA in Ås 2020 will be able to perform infection tracking afterwards, if it becomes necessary.

This year there will be a defined setup of tables that will apply to both concerts, revues, and other events. When guests arrive they will be lead to a table with their cohort. Moving between tables or to people other than the ones in your cohort will not be allowed.

Dancing during concerts and similar events is not allowed. An exception is silent disco, where dancing will be allowed at marked spots with appropriate distancing.

All serving of food and drinks will happen at the tables. This also applies to ordering and payment.

This year Samfunnet will be split up into three sections, so that three separate events can be carried out with 200 people at each. Read more about the trisection here.

If you experience symptoms of respiratory infection or are in quarantine due to other reasons you are not to attend events directed by UKA in Ås 2020. In such a case we encourage you to sell your ticket.

Anyone who does not follow the rules set for infection control at our events will receive one warning and subsequently be asked to leave the building.

UKA in Ås has set rules for infection control following the authorities´ rules and requests. We hope that all our guests contribute to upholding these during the festival!
