Practical information
UKA i Ås is Norway’s longest student festival and is organized by students at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences. The festival is arranged in even numbered years and the next UKE will be held October 2024.

UKA i Ås uses LinTicket for the sale of tickets. Here you can both download the Linticket app, or visit linticket.no to buy tickets. Via LinTicket you can use both cards and Vipps. After purchase, you will receive a ticket and receipt by email, while your ticket will be entered under "my tickets" both in the app and on the website.
To avoid long queues during the party nights, it's a good idea to pick up bands before the evening starts! There will be banding at the UKE counter located in Kontorfløya, and here you can scan your ticket and exchange it for a band. Those who collect a ribbon have a separate entrance to UKA in Ås's events. You can read more about the time for banding at ukaiaas.no. -
We use Zettle payment terminals as a payment solution for all our catering. This system accepts standard bank cards, in addition to contactless payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
-
The ticket gives access to the house's open spaces and offers during the event. Please note that the Studentsamfunnet has safety restrictions on the number of permitted guests in all rooms. We therefore cannot promise that you will get a place in the room you wish to go to, and therefore encourage you to turn up early if you are interested in what will happen. We ask for your understanding for this, and would like to clarify that UKA i Ås always works to emphasize the safety of guests and volunteers.

Gyldig legitimasjon er pass, There is an age limit of 18 at the house's events. If you are under 18 and want to come to a concert, you can bring a guardian. In Sløyfa there is a 20-year age limit, but the concerts will not take place here.
We have an obligation to provide identification under UKA in Ås - this means that everyone will be asked for physical identification on arrival at the house's events.
Valid identification is a passport, driver's license, bank card with photo, ID card from an EU/EEA country, Norwegian driverslicense, post office ID card and defense ID card. Digital driving license is not valid.
If you use fake or identification belonging to someone other than yourself, the matter will be reported to the police. -
It is entirely possible to bring children and young people under the age of 18 to a concert or revue at UKA i Ås. The responsible party must be over 25 years of age, and can bring two minors with them.
We have our own guardian forms that must be filled in when you arrive, so at the ID check at the door, we ask that you get the guards to call the day care staff who will come down and meet you. You will then be taken to our office where a guardian form is filled in, and guardian and under 18 badges are handed out which you must wear around your neck during the concert. Contact us at uka@ukaiaas.no to have the form sent in advance.
It is very important that everyone has ID with them as everyone is checked at the doors, and the guardian's ID is copied into the form. After the concert is over, we ask that guardians and guests under 18 leave the venue, and the signs are handed back to the guards at the exit. -
It is possible to enter the house with a wheelchair, but the building is unfortunately not suitable for this. Nevertheless, we want to accommodate as best we can for wheelchair users. To get to Aud. Max. and in Festsalen, you have to use a lift that Daghavende helps to use.
Companions (max. 2) get free entry, and tickets are issued at the door. For questions or if you would like more information about wheelchair use at Samfunnet under UKA i Ås, you can contact uka@ukaiaas.no in advance. -
If you have forgotten or lost something during the festival, you can visit the UKEdesk in Kontorfløya and ask for them there. You can read more about the UKE desk's opening hours here.
