Tickets

Linticket is a web-based system that handles tickets, payment, booking, events, and resources. It is Norway’s easiest ticket system and offers great solutions for purchasing tickets.

You can buy tickets on either the Linticket-app or at linticket.no. You can choose between payment with card, Vipps, invoice, or SMS when you purchase tickets through Linticket. It is very safe and easy, and the ticket gets sent to you through e-mail after the purchase. You can also retrieve the ticket straight from the app. You can easily log in when buying tickets if you have a user on Linticket, but it is also possible to buy tickets without a user. There is a simple walk-through for purchase of tickets online and on smartphone.

You can read more about Linticket’s condition for ticket purchase here:

In principle, already bought tickets to UKA i Ås does not get reimbursed. We urge you to resell the tickets in case of unavailability, so that someone else can get the opportunity to enjoy the event. If you became a funkis after buying ordinary tickets, it is possible to get refunded the intermediate. All questions about refunds can be forwarded to refusjon@ukaiaas.no.

If there are any available tickets left, it is also possible to purchase tickets at the entrance during the evening of the event.

A ticket that you have issued yourself is not personal and can be used by another person even if it has your name written on it. Therefore, be cautious and look after your ticket. All types of tickets must be switched out with a bracelet at the entrance. A funkis ticket cannot be used by someone who is not an approved funkis, in that case an intermediate must be paid. Each ticket can only be used once. The staff will scan the QR-code and you will then get it exchanged with a bracelet that has to be secured around the wrist. Bracelets that are not secured around the wrist does not count as an entrance token. The second the bracelet gets attached it is considered as personal and cannot be shared with others.

PAYMENT SOLUTIONS IN-HOUSE

We utilize Zettle payment terminals as a payment solution for all our servings. This system accepts ordinary credit cards, and additionally contactless payment, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

AGE LIMIT

At the concerts there is an 18+ age limit, and you must always carry valid identification that must be displayed at the entrance. If you are under 18 and wish to see a concert, you can bring a guardian with you. The person concerned must be over 25 years old and cannot be under the influence of alcohol. Both must display identification before entry. Some places at the house will have a 20-year age limit, such as Spritsløyfa, but the concerts will not take place there.

We have identification obligation both at Studentsamfunnet i Ås and during UKA i Ås – this means that everyone will be asked to display identification at arrival for the house events.

VERGE

It is completely possible to bring children and youths under 18 years to concerts or revue at UKA i Ås. The responsible party must be over 25 years old and can bring two minors.

We have our own guardian forms that must be filled out when you arrive, and we will ask you to get the security staff to call for on duty to come down and meet you when asked about identification at the entrance. After this you will be guided to our office to fill out the guardian form and you will be handed out guardian-and under 18- badges that must be put around the neck under the concert. Contact us on uka@ukaiaas.no to receive the form beforehand.

As everyone gets inspected before entry it is very important that everyone brings identification, and that the guardian’s identification is printed onto the form. After the end of the concert, we beg that the guardian and the guest under 18 leaves the premise and that the badges get delivered to the security staff at the exit.

WHEELCHAIR

It is possible to enter the concert at Samfunnet if you are in a wheelchair, but unfortunately the building is not very adequate for this. Despite of this, we wish to adapt for wheelchair users as feasible as possible. To enter Aud. Max. and Festsalen one must use an elevator that the on duty must assist to use. The attendant gets free entry, and the ticket is issued at the entrance. In case of any questions involving wheelchair use at Samfunnet during UKA i Ås, contact uka@ukaiaas.no in advance for help.

LOST AND FOUND

If you have lost or forgotten something at Samfunnet after a fun night, you can ask about it at the Samfunns-office and/or the UKEoffice the day after. During UKA we will sit at the counter in the office landscape at Samfunnet.
